1. Intake & Referral (STABILITY): Our Intake & Referral Specialists provide critical support by guiding clients through the comprehensive continuum of care services across social/health/homeless services. They conduct thorough assessments and make real-time referrals to appropriate services, streamlining the process toward self-sufficiency. This program ensures clients are connected with the necessary support, enhancing our collaboration with agencies and directly contributing to the client’s stability.
    

2. Facilities (SAFETY & SECURITY): Our 99-year-old facility, a Center of hope and collaboration, requires ongoing maintenance and improvements to remain a dignified, accessible, safe space for the clients and 18 on-site agencies, including 3 shelters. This includes offsetting overhead costs for partner agencies, allowing them to allocate more resources toward client services and programs. Furthermore, our commitment to 24/7 security is essential for providing a safe and secure environment for our clients, many of whom transition from unsheltered and unsafe conditions. A dedicated Security Guard ensures that our clients feel safe, promoting an atmosphere of trust and allowing them to focus on their journey toward self-sufficiency.
    

3. Collaborative Network Hub (SUPPORT): Pathways serves as a network hub, uniting various organizations to tackle homelessness and poverty. This collaborative environment fosters efficiency and effectiveness in service provision, amplifying the impact of our collective efforts toward client safety, security, and stability.
