Volunteering at Pathways is a rewarding way to give back. Whether you have a few hours or can commit regularly, your time makes a life-changing difference.
It has been incredibly rewarding to help break barriers through financial coaching. Our Founders employees have witnessed firsthand the remarkable transformations experienced by clients who have taken advantage of our services. Through monthly sessions, we've been able to provide the guidance and support needed to empower individuals on their financial journeys, leading to meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
Alston Wilkes Society
Support with obtaining clothing and vital documents like IDs, driver’s licenses, Social Security cards, and birth certificates. Services for veterans and their families include transitional housing and reentry support for justice-involved individuals.
Bethel Shelters
Day shelter for adults over 18, offering case management, showers, laundry, lockers, and respite services.
Carolina Community Actions
Community services include rental assistance, low-income energy support, home weatherization assessments, SNAP/WIC benefits, and the Head Start program to boost school readiness for children and infants.
Catawba Mental Health
Provides counseling, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, crisis intervention, and additional support for individuals with serious mental illnesses and emotional disorders.
Faces and Voices of Recovery
Certified Peer Support Specialist available to screen, coach, and link to recovery programs.
The Haven Men's Shelter
Transitional Men’s Shelter with 27 beds, available for up to 90 days for men actively working and moving towards self-sufficiency.
House of Agape Ministry
Evening Soup Kitchen open to all in need of a meal, no Pathways client status required.
Keystone Substance Abuse Services
An on-site Peer Support Specialist educates on harm reduction and addiction, mentors, hosts recovery groups and connects individuals to treatment or detox services.
The Life House
The Cottage provides 36 beds as an emergency shelter for single women, offering a safe and warm sleeping environment.
The Manna House Pantry
Combats hunger by offering anyone in York County access to nutritious, fresh groceries every Saturday morning.
No Sad Story Ministry / Cry Out 2 Get Out
Support services for victims and survivors of domestic violence. Education and support services for HIV/AIDS screening, testing, and transportation to Affinity.
