At Pathways Community Center, we believe lasting change begins with a strong foundation.


Every day, individuals and families come to our campus seeking support, stability, and a pathway forward. Through a collaborative network of agencies and community partners, they gain access to housing assistance, healthcare, workforce development, recovery support, transportation, financial education, spiritual care, and other essential resources that help create a stronger future.


Foundations of Hope: Building Pathways for Mind, Body, and Spirit celebrates the collective impact of this work and the community that makes it possible. Just as a home requires a solid foundation before walls can be built, individuals need a foundation of support, opportunity, and encouragement to move toward long-term self-sufficiency.


Pathways serves as that foundation. By providing a welcoming campus, shared infrastructure, coordinated services, and a place where agencies can work together, we help create an environment where individuals can access the resources they need in one place and move forward with dignity and hope.


This year's luncheon will highlight stories of transformation, celebrate the partnerships that strengthen our community, and invite supporters to invest in the foundation that makes this work possible. Every gift helps sustain the campus, programs, and collaborative environment that allow individuals and families to build healthier, more stable futures.
