Stability through Service Coordination

Our Intake and Referral Program is a vital service that seamlessly assesses and refers over 500 new individuals to essential services each year, playing a crucial role in supporting their path to self-sufficiency.

Safety, Security, and Dignity

We ensure a safe and dignified environment by maintaining and repairing facilities for the 14+ on-site agencies, including three shelters. Your donations support necessary renovations tailored to agency and client needs, and fund continuous security services to safeguard the property, clients, staff and volunteers.

Enhanced Support Network

As a Collaborative Network Hub, we boost inter-agency collaboration and streamline service coordination, reducing redundant efforts and making resource use more efficient. This results in substantial cost savings for on-site agencies, ranging between $15,000 and $50,000 annually in overhead costs per agency. Collectively, we save our partners $452,000/year. Moreover, it fosters volunteer and funding opportunities, magnifying the impact of your contributions and making your involvement even more beneficial and impactful.
